In Southern California, the last week of Febuary (unlike my last post) isn't a good time to plant due to low tempratures and rain, but the week after is good.
Nice blog! We've started a raised garden recently. We are attempting to raise winter vegetables. We've been attempting to protect them with row covers and a frost cover at night. Unfortunately, despite all of our efforts to prepare the soil, i.e. potting soil/compost/top soil, the garden is being attacked by pests. Keep up the good work.
